"I have been a State Farm customer for a long time, it’s probably close to 20 yrs if not more. In the past, Julie was my rep, then Nick. Both of them were remarkably good at not only their jobs, but most importantly their ability to connect on a human level was bar none one of the best I’ve had the opportunity to being exposed to. I miss Nick a lot, we were close on a personal level, even though we never met face to face. Once he left I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to work with someone that was so expedient in anything that I asked, but it hasn’t been the case. A while back I needed a document fairly quick so I called and Chase ended up answering the phone. Within a few mn I got everything I needed to complete my transaction. Since then he’s always been on top of anything I may need help with. Heather as been truly helpful as well. I know that in general people always remember the last bad thing you’ve done. But in this instance I just would like to let you know that he has always been on point. Just like Nick was. You don’t always find people that are as engaged as the teams which you have working for you. So I just wanted to take a moment and compliment them."

"We have been with Jeff Gottesman and State Farm for over 30 years and have been extremely pleased with them! Heather Lopergolo is excellent and is always there for any questions that we have, whether it’s about adding our kids to our plan, discounts for good students, or adding new cars. When I had a bad car accident years ago, they were extremely helpful and got us a very reasonable amount for our totaled car. We would highly recommend Jeff and Heather!"
