"Sheila Selgrath went above and beyond to make sure our claim was handled after an unfortunate experience with our initial adjuster. Within 24h of her getting involved, we had a new claims adjuster and within 48h, checks were mailed out. She followed up with us and with our adjuster along the way to make sure we were getting what we needed and not hitting any other road blocks. I’m not sure what magic she worked but it was an enormous weight off, after a few weeks of feeling completely hopeless. She restored our faith in State Farm and is a tremendous asset to the company!"

"I had Nick Kanter and he was very kind and patient over the 3 weeks that we spoke and figured out the best time to switch me over to State Farm. He made the entire process extremely easy for me! I did not have to deal with my old insurance company and he explained how the process worked and how to get the plan that met my needs for right now until I can upgrade in a month.
